WHAT WE DO…

When Edward Koren founded the company in 1970, the printing industry was completing the evolution from letterpress printing to offset lithography. Print products and communications were on the threshold of a remarkable transformation that is still taking place today.

A-Korn Roller, Inc. was then and still is in the business of manufacturing rollers. Our rolls are used in printing presses and other industrial machines.

While we produce a broader variety of rolls today than we did in 1970, our roots haven't changed. We're still driven by a belief in honest business dealings and an entrepreneurial spirit that relentlessly pursues innovation.

Our customers can be found throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Many are among the who's who in commercial printing, box and folding carton manufacturing, newspaper and magazine production, metal decorating and finishing, film, foil and paper converters and other industries too numerous to mention here.

Still more are the traditional small to medium size print shop or converter - each satisfying customers only on a smaller scale. Large or small, all of our customers are entitled to top grade products and support services.

A-Korn Roller produces and repairs metal cores and shafts, develops rubber and plastic coverings specially suited to specific applications and expertly bonds those coverings to metal. We then grind and finish the rollers to precise manufacturers' specifications, to our own experienced recommendations or to customized specs and tolerances that we work out with our customers.

We're not the largest player in our industry, but we're not the smallest either. What we are is focused on our core businesses and driven to growth and long term stability.

We work hard at gaining and keeping the trust of our customers, business partners and employees, just like Ed Koren did in the 70's. That's what makes us successful - how we set ourselves apart from the rest.
