WHERE WE ARE…

Our manufacturing site is strategically located in Chicago, Illinois.  This central location allows us to effectively serve customers throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. We operate with two plants each fully equipped to handle a variety of rolls for both print and industry, making A-Korn Roller a dependable choice no matter where you may be located.

ROLL-TRAK^®  QUALITY…

Our goal at A-Korn roller is to consistently produce rollers that merit and earn customer satisfaction. Roll-Trak ensures responsive, accountable and competent service on every order. The database is home to thousands of custom specifications - all kept on a customer by customer basis. As specifications evolve, we are able to document every change, ensuring repeatability of the specification you need.

Roll-Trak also includes quality practices during manufacturing. Roll-Trak procedures ensure testing of incoming raw materials, ongoing process development, batch / lot testing and inspection, in-process controls and final inspection. Personal responsibility is established for each task through the "internal customer" approach. These efforts take on meaning when our rollers are put to the performance test.
